Forgotten access

You can generate new access to your Web Hosting Settings at any time, for which the contact email address provided to us is required. With this, you can request your storage identifier and generate a completely new password for the storage.

For this, the first step is to click on the ‘Have you forgetten your password or Username?’ link without filling in any data.

The following steps are required on the loading page:

•     Enter your contact email address
•     Click on the Request new password button

Our system will then send a letter to the mailbox you have specified, which will be valid for 15 minutes (if you run out of time, you can always request a new password). This will include:

•     Your hosting ID
•     This will give you a link where you can set your new password.

IMPORTANT!

If you have more than one hosting at our company, you must enter your hosting ID or a domain name that is hosted on the desired hosting after entering your email address.
