FTP information
You can access your FTP site by logging into the Web Hosting Settings.
The following steps are required to access the data:
- Log in to our Web Hosting Settings
- Select System Information on the left
- In the middle of the page, you will find a separate table with the FTP access of the hosting
Your Hosting username/password pair is the same as the login details for the Web Hosting Settings.
Our company operates several servers, so always check the server name for your hosting account in the SUCCESS Gateway interface.
You can also access our sites via FTP, SFTP and FTPS, the port numbers are the same for all sites.
IMPORTANT!
Our hosting is protected by an FTP-IP gateway, which means that to use FTP you must first log in to the hosting. This login allows your IP address to connect to the server, so you can use FTP freely.
When connecting to FTP, it is always recommended to use Passive mode.
