Create new email address

To use the mailbox, you need a hosting service and your domain name registration process have to been finished. 

Steps to create a new email address:
Log in to the Client Portal with the username and password associated with the hosting account, then select "Register a new mailbox" on the left. (menu item 4 from the bottom)

If you do not have the necessary login details, please contact our Customer Service.

1. Type the first part of the email address, then select the domain name in the drop-down box next to it.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose how you want to use your email address. For general email use, the Store option is recommended.
   
   
   
   
3. In the New mailbox password field, enter the password for your email address.
   
   
   
   
4. Set the size of you email address.
   
   
   
   
5. Clicking save settings will create your new email address within 10 minutes.
