Get a 530 Login incorrect error message when logging into FTP

This error message appears if you have entered the wrong ID or password when you logged in. The FTP username and password are the same as the login details for the Client Gateway.


The error may also be caused by entering the wrong FTP server name to connect. You can find the correct address for your hosting by logging into the Client Gateway under System Data in the FTP hostname line.
