The other solution is useful if you have not only addresses but also several details of your users in your list. These can be name, place of residence, year of birth (as the example on the right shows). It is very important that the list always follows the order defined by the first line, but in all cases the email address is first. In this example, the first is the e-mail, the second is the name, the third is the place of residence and the fourth is the date of birth. You can also use the address list data in the letter, see below in the section Using the address list data.
The file should therefore follow the following format: abc@email.hu;Tóth Gábor;Kecskemét;1982 def@email.hu;Áronné Kiss;Lapapuszta,1950 ghi@email.hu;Lajos Nagy;Mernye;1980 jkl@email.hu;Károly Kósza;Sárotajlaújhely;1945
So, if you have the file that follows this format, click on "New Address List" in the Edit Address List menu. Here, fill in the name that will distinguish your address lists, then click on the "Browse" button to find the file that contains the data, and once selected, click on the Import button. If everything has been done correctly, the name field has been filled in and the format of the uploaded file has matched the one you entered above, you can view our address list in the "Saved Address Lists" menu. You can edit or delete your saved lists at any time by clicking here.
