I want to give a new subscriber name - Transfer

A new subscriber can be added if there is a transfer for the services you want. The transfer is a legal process and the necessary documents must be forwarded to a central registry in each case.

In order to facilitate the transfer, our Customer Portal a dedicated area for the preparation of the necessary documents under the Transfer Your Service menu.

You can read a full description of the process in detail at the top of the page that loads. Once you know the process, you can start the flow with a few clicks:

Step 1:

The site lists all the domain names and hosting it manages. You need to tick the checkbox in front of the services you want to transfer, then click Next at the bottom of the page.

Step 2:

Select whether the receiving party will be a Company or an Individual and then enter the details of the new owner. You can continue the process by clicking the Next button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3:

The necessary documents will be sent to the contact email addresses provided, which must be returned to us electronically after signature.

Step 4:

After reviewing the documents, our customer service team confirms the cost of the transfer and starts the process. When the transfer is successfully completed, we will send a separate message to the new owner.
