I would like to report a change of my address

You can easily manage your subscriber data using our Customer Portal. To do this, select Customer Datas after logging in to the interface.

You can easily manage and modify the following data in the loader interface:

• The address associated with the subscriber's billing name
• The subscriber's full postal address, or
• You can also provide us with new contact details (contact name, email address, phone number)

Important!

Modifying the Customer datas only allows you to modify data directly related to the subscriber. If you wish to change the subscriber's identity, you will need to transfer your services you wish to change.

This can be done under the menu item Transfer your services.
