2) If everything is fine with your Internet connection, the problem is caused by a firewall program, antivirus software or misconfigured router on your system. Try turning these off to test your connection.
3) A solution to the problem may be to try to connect passively to our server in the FTP client. This can be configured in most FTP programs when setting the connection parameters. The easiest way to test this is to log in to the client portal and click on FTP Login.
